Spay’sTheWay is the Lexington Humane Society’s free and low-cost spay/neuter program for qualifying Fayette County pet owners.  In the past three years, the program has provided 3,200 low-cost surgeries through the program.  Rabies vaccination and city license are included with each spay/neuter surgery.
